Research project（proteomics group）

Proteoimcs group focus on differential analysis of proteome in mouse serum and various tissues, or human plasma and serum to reveal the phenotype, including diseases, from the aspects of protein.

Research subjects

１．Differential analysis of MSM/Ms and C57BL/6 mouse lines.

I）Differential analysis of pancreas proteome.
II）Differential analysis of liver proteome.

２．Differential analysis of sperm proteome which have different fertilizing ability.

I)　Differential analysis of control and cyclodextrin treated mouse sperm proteome. 
（collaboration with Division of Reproductive Engineering, Institute of Resource　Development and Analysis, Kumamoto University）
II) Differential analysis of wild type and ACE K.O. mouse sperm proteome.
（collaboration with Laboratory of Animal Experiments for Regeneration, Institute for
Frontier Medical Sciences, Kyoto University）

３．A search for diagnostic markers in Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction syndrome（CFIDS）using the plasma or serum of CFIDS patients.
